Added support for routing plain text and binary SMS's through US shortcodes to end user handsets. To route effectively the NETWORK variable must be set to the correct GSM network code of the users network. If the GSM code is invalid, incorrect or does not match the end users actual network, the message will appear to be routed successfully, but will not be delivered to the handset (US networks have blocked SMS's not sent through a US shortcode). |

Resolved an issue with duplicate SMS messages, if the SMS message timed out to the routed gateway, but was later marked as sent, then this upgrade checks the message logs for the current month for the Message ID of the queued SMS. If the Message ID was found, an error code (12A) will be returned and an email sent to the technical contact. |
